Andrew is a top-producing Realtor, specializing in the popular residential neighborhoods in and around Center City Philadelphia. He works primarily with Sellers, Buyers, Investors, and Landlords. In addition to his Real Estate sales practice, Andrew is also the Broker of Record for two Keller Williams Offices - KW Philly and KW Main Line. 

Andrew is a native Philadelphian - proudly born and raised in Center City, Philadelphia. As a kid, he attended Greenfield Elementary, played Taney Baseball, and graduated from Masterman High School in 2006. Growing up in the city has benefited him greatly, both personally and professionally, because it has allowed him to experience all the different neighborhoods, communities, and activities that Philadelphia has to offer. 

Andrew’s Real Estate Career began in 2010, immediately after his college graduation. Andrew spent 2 years working in Property Management, then in 2012, he transitioned to a career as a full-time Realtor. In 2018, Andrew earned his Brokers License, designating him as an expert in all areas of Real Estate. 

Andrew's business has grown over the years as his clients have become repeat clients … and their friends and family members have become clients and then repeat clients. Andrew's mission is TO EXCEED EXPECTATIONS AND CREATE CLIENTS FOR LIFE. 

With that Mission Statement in mind, in 2021, Andrew founded the “Andrew Gismondi Real Estate Team”. A tight-knit group of excellent Realtors, hand selected and rigorously trained by Andrew, who will continue to Exceed the Expectations of our growing network of Clients for Life.

Deanna Mangano

Realtor®

Deanna Mangano is the first team member of the Andrew Gismondi Real Estate Team. She specializes in Buyer and Seller Representation. 

Born and raised in Southern New Jersey, Deanna moved to Philadelphia in 2007 to earn her BFA at the University of the Arts. After graduation, she worked as a freelance illustrator and made connections with many movers and shakers in the Philadelphia restaurant industry. Those connections turned into employment opportunities, and eventually a carer in specialty food distribution. 

Deanna is a people person. She thrives when connecting with people from all walks of life. She transitioned to a career as a full-time Realtor and has been Exceeding Expectations and Creating Clients for Life ever since.

Courtney Reiley

Operations Manager

Courtney grew up minutes from Philadelphia in nearby Delaware County. Growing up, she would attend different events around the city and familiarized herself with the neighborhoods and what Philly had to offer. 

After graduating from Cardinal O’Hara High School, Courtney attended Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania as a Business Marketing Major. Courtney moved to Washington, DC after college and pursued Sales and Recruiting where her interest in Real Estate continued to grow. 

Courtney moved back to Philly in 2019 to pursue a career in Real Estate, and was hired as Andrew’s Executive Assistant. A few months later, she received her Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson License. 

Courtney is the Operations Manager of the Andrew Gismondi Real Estate Team. She assists behind the scenes at every stage of our client’s transactions, and Andrew credits Courtney as the person who “makes the trains run on time”. Without Courtney, there is no team.
